During the SOP session, I felt divine. My body was there, lying as if nailed to the massage table, and yet I was everywhere. After the session, I didn't "come back to myself" for quite some time... Before the session, I felt a tightness in my chest, but after the SOP, I no longer felt that tightness, and my body was much lighter and more relaxed.

Well, let me share my experience too. In February, I fell while skiing, and since then, I couldn't squat because my knee hurt. Even in a group photo, I had to have my knee on the ground because otherwise, it wasn't possible. After the class, I did the therapy twice a day, and this morning, I managed to squat without pain! Yay! :)

The morning begins with tumultuous thoughts, a question, you feel the energy alert you after the change. You write to Maša, when does she have those half hours to squeeze you into her schedule? The schedule coincides and begins a magical experience that is not ... Therapy takes place more intensely than a tornado, in between a beautiful window of light appears inside the tornado, which gives you further guidance (questions in your head) and boom again strong energy. As after every stormy event, the sky clears, our energy is light, thoughts / ideas are clear and the next steps are simple.
