I am grateful to have been a part of this group meditation. The feeling when a pleasant accompaniment takes you far away is hard to describe. I don't know where yet. I don’t know if I’m falling or flying. The arms and legs are helpless and heavy. And when thoughts go their way uncontrollably and show a picture I didn’t expect. But in the end, everything relaxes and the weight drops. Thank you for this extremely deep relaxation.

I first met bars at the bars workshop with Maša at Ray of Happiness. When I read the description of the event and what the bars are, something inside me said to me, "Tina, you just have to try this." At that time, I really needed relaxation, I wanted to turn off all thoughts, at least for a moment, all the worries that weighed on me and the things that I had accumulated in myself. And really, when I first received the bars at the workshop, all this really happened..Total disconnection, relaxation, calming, lightness .. In addition to the fact that we learned to perform bars therapy in the workshop and became practitioners (in the workshop everyone twice received and twice donated leopards), with Maša's exceptional approach and cleansing sayings we solved many other things, negative emotions, attitudes, judgments that limited us and I was not even aware of them before..short, really wow .. how can it be even better than that? After the workshop, I was so relaxed and light that I felt like I was floating on Earth ... feeling insanely good. Besides, I laughed so much after the workshop and the view of the world was suddenly more positive and without worries :)

Maša’s meditation Joy of oneness is something special. I felt understanding, support and love from her side. She connected the group so we could indulge. It has some miraculous power, to feel where the blockage lies. Basically, with her help, I accepted the old and let go of accusing and underestimating myself, and since then this matter no longer burdens me. Really good feeling. There were also a few tears, mine were tears of happiness this time. But Maša also helps to shed tears of grief, thus softening the chest area and making breathing easier. We also benefited from this. Another wonderful experience is behind me, during the meditation itself my palms and then my hands went up on their own, I know it sounds like an ulcer of charm. I can't describe the feeling when you consciously lie down, listen to Maša's instructions and when you remain in silence (only you and the sound of nature from the background) and feel and see how you are hovering over your body or. as if your soul felt freedom and flew ... priceless. Because it was so strong and intense, I went down and finished on my own after 40 minutes because my body simply had enough and got what it wanted.Thank you Maša♥

Maša is one such wonderful creature ... you just have to love her. You cannot describe it in a single word, but you have to experience it to feel this magic, its uniqueness. It helps you open new horizons, shows you the light at the end of the tunnel and, above all, returns good and clean energy to your body with its golden hands. It cleans up all the unnecessary dirt we carry with us. I have been attending Maša classes for about 3 years and I can't imagine life without it, this does not mean that I am a "difficult" patient and that I use it or use its service 365 days a year, but when we work on ourselves, when we are around different people, various other energies, doubts, fears, challenges (private and business) appear and here she is if you need advice or help, how to act in a given situation and how to help yourself. I also did the Access Bars course at Maša, which I teach at home, on children, husband, parents and also to myself when I need it. Even small children already know something that they can do to me or to each other. When the children's workshop is announced, the children will definitely go there, because they are very interested in this technique, even if they are small. Interesting how a child knows how to feel energy. which goes through his hands, it's especially funny how he describes it in an experienced way :) I warmly recommend this technique, as it always turned out great when someone felt bad or was sick. I also attended workshops that had different themes , but most of all I am eager for a weekend trip with Maša to Tuscany .... I hope we can make it next year. THANK YOU Maša for being ♥

Maša has a special therapy and if you are afraid of something you sign up and Maša will take care of everything. It also helped me a lot for school that I felt better and that I didn’t have any problems with my classmates. She is a kind and great girl. I like to go to her or hear her.

It was great! You know I saw the energy during the music! Magical! Eyes closed, but a clear picture under the eyelids! I saw a golden shining light in the form of a full circle spreading in all directions (concentric circles) and bursting, immediately after that a new circle came and the same burst and its light scattered on all sides, and so on in the same intervals, one ten minutes for sure. Then they dispersed more to the right, later more to the left and for a short time also vice versa, from a large circle they decreased to a small one. Really crazy, but what did I see? I wasn’t asleep. I was sober and aware of everything. And halfway in between I saw very tall trees and pigs in the barn and how we all looked up and at the same time and felt love, all the same vibration, the vibration of love and oneness .. , I really experienced this !!) .. And that these unfortunate animals at least for a moment experienced the beauty of life and love. And then you say we worked with Earth !! And I caught myself clinging to my heart through. Wow, crazy, once with both hands, once with one. Wow. But it was happening in my head, I felt a ripple in my brain. But the side of the body on the ground was hot in the end. Mostly wow… <3 <3 <3

Today I woke up, the first day of menstruation and severe pain starts again, first in the back, then in the abdomen ... such pain that you feel sick. I felt that this is a sign that it is time for another step forward, that I need to raise awareness and let go… I am writing to Maša for therapy, if it is possible today .. And yes, fortunately it was ... Energy therapy TORNADO… extremely strong and effective !! Maša, with its extraordinary abilities and support, helped me become aware and let go of certain things ... I felt the burning pain in my abdomen soon subside and I saw before my eyes a vivid picture as if a volcano starts vomiting lava that takes away everything I no longer need and what I have stored within myself, and this lava represents love, strength, pure energy and pure light ... and pain and weakness are no more! Thank you, thank you, thank you Maša from the heart <3

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote an exam, which was really not easy, and the online circumstances were full of disturbances, nervousness, restlessness, etc. but I succeeded, I passed the exam, and the exercises for presence, grounding also helped me a lot. Last week I was at Maša's deepened therapy, where we also worked on my well-being at work and the feeling that they don't see me. Earlier this week, however, my boss let me know that I am an important link and that some things cannot be done without me. This compliment boosted my confidence and motivation to be OK as I am.
