I waited quite a while to give you feedback. Specifically, because I watched and listened in different situations and wanted to see how it would affect me. And I have to tell you that it's REALLLY great... Exactly as you said, several times a day, in different situations... and that practice makes perfect. For four months, doctors couldn't find a diagnosis for my illness and what's going on with me. But this is helping me a lot with my health and joint pain, and I feel much better. What's most interesting to me and surprised me was when you mentioned the word "being"... "being energy"... Because I had never looked at myself in this light before... And now, when I call that being into my body several times a day, everything is much easier and better for me... apparently even health-wise... the things doctors still can't diagnose and cure...
