At the foundation, you get a lot of tools, "aha" moments and you can change what you are stuck in and can't "get over" in any way. It's incredible what this means for each individual. In the field of inner peace, contact with oneself, relationship with others, creativity. To get to know yourself in the first place, to realize that if your thoughts are yours at all and not taken from your surroundings. When you complete the FOUNDATIONS, a new dimension of life begins to open up. Training with yourself begins, new knowledge opens up, sometimes you have a problem because you are taught differently than you realize and it is a struggle, work... You (learn) to live without judgments towards yourself and others. Really interesting knowledge, different from what we are programmed to do as children.
After finishing the foundations, you get recordings of all 4 days. What's most amazing is that when you listen to the same recording for the 5th time, it's like listening to it 1. You simply listened 4 times, but you didn't hear it. You only got the knowledge at 5.
What is possible...
