The follow-up Find Yourself class reveals ways to use your own source of energy as a way to improve and change your life. Once we discover our own source of energy, we can create many things with it. In order to use this resource beneficially and not to harm, at the Find Yourself class we will teach you how to direct it and how to be present so that you will be aware of how you can use it.
By using our own source of energy, we become independent and are able to call into our lives everything that we feel and realize is a contribution for us at a certain moment or in a certain life cycle.
